Positive psychology coaching is not about relentless optimism or ignoring the hard days. It is about building the psychological capacity to handle what life throws at you, without passing the cost of it on to the people around you.

My Approach — Positive Self-Coaching

Many approaches to wellbeing start with what is wrong and work backwards. Mine starts with who you already are and builds forwards.

My work is grounded in Positive Self-Coaching, a process-based model developed through a decade of research and practice, designed for people navigating real pressure in real life. Not a therapeutic process, and not a quick fix. Something more useful than either: a practical framework that builds lasting self-agency from the inside out.

Working with your strengths rather than against your struggles, we develop three things that change everything: a stronger, clearer sense of who you are, so pressure and other people's opinions stop shaking it; the self-kindness to meet yourself honestly without self-destruction; and the capacity to notice and choose how you think, feel, and act, rather than simply reacting to whatever life throws at you.

The result is not dependency on a coach or a programme. It is a version of you that is more resilient, more self-aware, and genuinely more equipped to handle what comes next and to pass something better on to the people around you.

Because when you become your own best coach, the ripple changes.
