So, who am I?

I’m Zeena. I am an ADHDer, a mum, a doctoral researcher, and someone who spent years being really good at helping other people while quietly running on empty myself.

Most people know me as The Positivity Doctor.

For nearly two decades I've worked with an extraordinary range of people, such as CEOs, executives, parents, athletes, teachers, and young professionals. My work comes back to one question: what happens inside you, and what does it do to the people around you?

Your emotional state is not a private matter. It ripples... Learning to work with that ripple - intentionally, practically and scientifically - changes everything.

My Vision

A world where the people who influence others , such as leaders, parents, coaches, teachers, are given the same tools to lead themselves as they are expected to use on everyone else.

Because when you regulate well, you do not just feel better. You become the calm in someone else's storm. That ripple matters more than most of us realise.

How did I get here?

It wasn’t a straight line...

Twenty years across modelling, acting, marketing, and perinatal education gave me an unusual education in human perception, how we see ourselves, how the world sees us, and the gap between the two.

What I did not realise until much later was how much of that gap I was creating myself. I was convinced I was brilliant at hiding my stress. Turns out, the people around me knew exactly how I was feeling. They just did not have the language for it yet. Neither did I.

That realisation, that your emotional state travels whether you want it to or not, became the foundation of everything I do now.

Today I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I am completing my Doctorate at Oxford Brookes University, and I work as an executive coach at INSEAD Business School. I am a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC, and I bring a toolbox of accreditations across mindfulness, NLP, ADHD/autism awareness, and mental health first aid - not as labels, but as the rigorous, evidence-based grounding for everything I do with you.

Walking the Talk...

As a mum to two neurodivergent boys and an ADHDer myself, I do not just teach this... I live it. I know what sustained pressure feels like from the inside and I know what it quietly does to the people you love most when you do not address it.

Positivity, to me, has never been about ignoring the difficult days. It is about having the capacity to handle them without passing the weight on to everyone around you.

Who I Work With...

I work with leaders, executives, parents, educators, and anyone who influences others and wants to do it more intentionally. In practice that means individual coaching, leadership programmes, and organisational work focused on building cultures where people genuinely flourish rather than just function.

High performance and human wellbeing are not opposites.... Your ripple proves it!
