
So, who am I?
I’m Zeena. I am an ADHDer, a mum, a Doctorate candidate, and an endless explorer of human potential.
Most people know me as The Positivity Doctor.
For nearly two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with an extraordinary mix of people, from CEOs, athletes, and creatives to parents, teachers, and young professionals. But whoever I’m with, my work centres on one mission: helping you regulate your body, rewire your mind, and reshape your world.
I blend the evidence-based rigour of psychology with the intuitive power of perspective to help people thrive in a way that feels meaningful, grounded, and (yes) a little bit fun, too.

To inspire you to broaden your lens, connect with your intuition, and see the good in the people and things around you. By creating kinder, happier places to learn and work, we build a sustainable, resilient, and positively charged world.






How did I get here?
It wasn’t a straight line...
Over the last 20 years, I’ve played many roles: international fashion model, actor, marketer, communications professional, and perinatal educator. While these may seem disconnected, they offered me an unparalleled education in Human Perception, teaching me how we see ourselves, how the world sees us, and the gap between the two.
Today, I combine that lived experience with academic rigour. I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and am currently midway through a Doctorate. Along the way, I’ve gathered a toolbox of accreditations, including:
Senior Practitioner (EMCC)
MA in Acting
Leadership Communication with Impact (INSEAD)
Certificates in Mindfulness, Breathworks, NLP, Autism Awareness, and Mental Health First Aid (Youth).
But these are just labels. What they represent is a deep, evidence-based foundation for the work I do with you.
Walking the Talk...
As a mum to two amazing neurodivergent boys and an ADHDer myself, I don’t just teach resilience... I live it.
I am a fierce advocate for sustainable wellbeing, celebrating difference, and building on strengths. I know that "positivity" isn't about ignoring the difficult days; it's about having the toolkit to handle them.
I try to walk the talk, no matter how challenging life gets. To be a better person than I was yesterday. To be of service. Whether I am writing, speaking, or coaching, my goal is to help you unscramble your brain, regulate your nervous system, and challenge you to see things differently.
Who I Work With...
I work with individuals, educators, and parents to help them live as their best selves and lead by example for the next generation.
I also partner with senior leaders and organisations to create balanced, compassionate workplaces where everyone feels valued. This isn't just about "nicer" environments; it’s about high-performance cultures where individuals flourish, productivity rises, and purpose is clear.
